How long have you been in business at your current location?

        The Knoxville location has been open since 2017.

What are your school hours?

        Currently, we are open from 5:30pm-8:30pm Monday through Thursday. As our class sizes have increased we expect to expand our hours in the coming months.

How are your classes separated?

        Because we pride ourselves in allowing families to truly train together during the same class times, we separate our classes by current belt ranking instead of age groups. However, we do understand that individuals of all ages learn differently and we incorporate those distinctions during class time by breaking into smaller groups and utilizing our assistant instructors.

How often will I or my child advance?

        Every student in our school advances at their own pace based on a variety of components. In general, reaching a black belt can been done in several years; however, advancement is based on a case by case basis.

What are your rates and fees?

        We are always upfront with our pricing. Give us a call and we will be glad to give you all the details you want. As far as testing fees are concerned, each time a student tests for a new belt there is a testing fee based on level. We do not require you to purchase specialized equipment or sparring gear as we have those on hand. Private lessons are available and are priced by instructor.

Am I required to sign a contract?

        No contracts: We offer lessons on a month to month basis.

What qualifications do your instructors have?

        All of our instructors are professional martial artists. They are all rigorously trained, and tested, not just in martial arts, but also in how they teach. All assistant instructors we use must demonstrate exceptional level of skill, participate in our ongoing and future instructor training. The assistant instructors are always under the supervision of our fully certified instructors.

Are visitors welcome?

        We love visitors! We have visitor seating but space is limited so we recommend you come early to get the best seat.

Can I try a class or two before joining?

        We absolutely encourage you to try a class! We want to be sure you feel right at home! Contact us for our current promotions.
